Conditioning a nation – the government will save you?

Phones around the UK sounded an alarm and vibrated for 10 seconds at 2.59pm on Sunday, as part of the first nationwide test of the government’s new public alert system. But some received the alert late and some did not receive it at all. Sky’s data and forensics correspondent Tom Cheshire reports on how the test unfolded and the concerns around the safety of this proposed alert system.
