How can Cal Fire determine so quickly 27 fires all started by lightning?

Almost from the beginning Cal Fire came out and said all of the August Complex fires were caused by lightning. To the best of my knowledge, Cal Fire doesn’t show the 37 points of origin.

I’ve lived in CA for 8 years now, and I’ve never watched the weather act as it did with these wildfires. There was lots of thunder and lightning with little to no rain.

I’m certainly not saying lightning can’t start a fire but I have yet to find footage of lightning starting a fire. The videos below offer no proof. There are mountain cams all over CA now. There were firefighters everywhere with cell phones. There are aircraft everywhere. Where is the proof this wildfire was started by lightning? Please remember there are hundreds of thousands of lightning strikes all over the world every day. How did the west coast get so lucky?

Why am I making such a big deal out of all this? – because mainstream media and politicians are ringing the ‘climate change’ bell and ignoring arson. Just look at all the 2020 arson here. So is Cal Fire downplaying arson too? Are the Cal Fire bosses in someone’s pocket?

The August Complex Fire is a combination of 37 fires sparked by lightning in Mendocino National Forest on Aug. 17, the U.S. Forest Service said in a statement. It has so far burned 471,185 acres and is 24 percent contained.
